We operate the website www.glowwith.co.uk and sell premium ingestible beauty products, including collagen jelly sticks (food supplement), directly to consumers in the United Kingdom.
By placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. Please read them carefully before purchasing.
2. Our Products
Glow With sells food supplements in the form of collagen jelly sticks. Our products are formulated in Korea and sold as food supplements under UK food supplement regulations.
Our products are food supplements. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, breastfeeding, or taking medication, please consult your doctor before use.
Recommended daily intake must not be exceeded. Our products are not suitable for children under 18. Keep out of reach of children.
Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
3. Ordering
When you place an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to decline any order. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is accepted. A contract between you and Glow With is formed at the point your order is confirmed and payment is processed.
All orders are subject to availability. In the event that a product is out of stock after your order is placed, we will notify you and offer a full refund.
We reserve the right to limit order quantities per customer, particularly during limited drop launches.
4. Pricing
All prices on our website are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price you pay is the price displayed at the time your order is confirmed.
We make every effort to ensure pricing is accurate. In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you before processing your order and you will have the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
5. Payment
Payment is taken at the time of ordering. We accept all major credit and debit cards via Shopify Payments. All payment processing is handled securely by Shopify’s payment infrastructure. We do not store your full card details.
6. Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days of order confirmation. Standard delivery within the UK is estimated at 2–3 business days from dispatch. Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.
We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only. We do not currently ship internationally.
Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. If your order has not arrived within [7] business days of your dispatch confirmation, please contact us at hello@glowwith.co.uk.
7. Subscription Orders
Where you have opted into a subscription, your payment method will be charged automatically at the frequency you selected (every 30 or 60 days). You may pause or cancel your subscription at any time via your account portal. Cancellations made before the next billing date will take effect immediately. We do not offer refunds on subscription orders that have already been processed and dispatched.
